Appleford Manor is a mansion sitting on a bird sanctuary. It has beautiful gardens, fireplaces, ponds, waterfalls, a lovely terrace, rustic antique furniture, and charming architecture.
The land was granted by William Penn in 1692.
The Manor is a very popular reception setting for Philadelphia brides and grooms.

The Ballroom at the Benjamin Franklin Hotel ("The Ben") is so elegant it's "almost" gaudy. But it doesn't quite cross the line. It has beautiful arches, rod-iron rails, gold-plated accents, and elaborate wainscoating. This Philadelphia Wedding Reception location should be on every bride's short list.

NBE serves the Philadelphia area, as well as New York, New Jersey, and Delaware.
At the Greater Bucks County Engagement Show at the Fishers Tudor House they will be showing many exhibits.
These shows give you a chance to hear wedding orchestras, quartets, and other musical entertainment. They also give you a chance to see the latest wedding gowns and accessories. There are usually chances to win some big-ticket items, too.
